12 questions to ask a clinic in your first video call
The first consultation is your interview of the clinic — not the other way around. These questions separate serious clinics from sales teams.
About the medicine
Who exactly performs my procedure, and how many like mine did they do last year? What technique do you recommend for my case, and why that one? What are the realistic risks for someone with my history? What happens if I need a revision — who pays, and when could it happen?
Listen for specifics. 'Our surgeons are very experienced' is not an answer. 'Dr. Kaya, roughly 200 cases like yours in 2025' is.
About the money
What is the total price including anesthesia, medication, hotel, and transfers? What is not included? What deposit do you require, and is it refundable if the on-site examination changes the plan?
Get the number in writing before you book anything. A price that only exists in a chat message has a way of growing.
About the aftercare
Who do I contact in week three when something feels wrong at 2 a.m.? How do follow-ups work from my home country? Is there a local partner clinic for aftercare? The answers matter more than the shine of the operating room photos.
